The people of East Africa and Congo are beautiful
Their stories are real
Their voices have been silenced
Yet I have heard their voice,
and I want to join with others who aren't willing to abandon dreams of peace and restoration.
The heart behind Invisible Children is good, and it is true. I have seen it, I have heard it.
I want to use what I have been given for something greater than myself.
I cannot and will not turn a blind eye to the atrocities caused by this war.
It won't always be easy. I am broken. My strength will fail and my efforts will fall short.
And so I ask and I pray that God work through my cracked hands, my crippled feed, and my willing spirit.
